Called to handle an extremely sensitive and emotional situation he was kind and truly cared for the family and friends effected by the tragedy. The team was professional and respectful. They were careful in the family’s home, with their property and were in and out quietly and quickly. They were well organized and efficient and the cost once again reflected the sense of community and sympathy this company has for people as their fee was more than fair and reasonable and produced results better than we could have hoped for/expected. If struck with misfortune or tragedy that requires a company with this field of expertise, I would recommend these amazing people hands down on any given day.

They came as a recommendation from a friend for business and residential sanitizing and I was thrilled with the whole experience. The team who came to do the cleaning was conscientious, kind, polite and extremely professional. At a time when Coronavirus exposure can be very scary, head to toe gear and high tech equipment gave me peace of mind. They explained what they were going to do in detail and anything else I could expect or anticipate before they began which gave me so much confidence. The job they did was incredibly thorough. Even more than I could have anticipated. Doug even followed up after his team left to make sure I was happy with the service. Incredible very responsive customer service and team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use for business or residence. If they’re this thorough with a Covid cleaning I imagine they are just as good with their many other services. All around great experience.

On short notice he was able to get some of his staff to come disinfect two, two story homes in relation to COVID. (even threw in and did the basement! ) When they arrived (early!) one of the ladies introduced herself, I did a walk through and explained everything so thoroughly. I love that they use botanical/green products and even smells like spice once its done! I feel very blessed to have found them and would DEFINTELY recommend Doug and his services for any need.

ITS Environmental is TERRIFIC!! Our refrigerator leaked causing mold and warping of the wood floors in our kitchen. The insurance adjuster referred us to ITS Environmental to assess and mitigate the mold conditions and we are so glad that we used them. Doug Baruchin and Andrew Staple arrived and immediately took action to dry our floors and treat the mold. They were so competent, kind and made us feel totally calm in the midst of Covid-19 and a very stressful situation. They also prepared the insurance estimate for the construction repairs that needed to be done which was completely fair and generously allowed us to get everything repaired and replaced. Eventually we used ITS to tear out the damaged floors and pack up our furniture so that the necessary construction could take place. They couldn't have been more accommodating with their schedule and help. I have never experienced neater or more professional demo work, packing and moving...extraordinary care and protection was taken by Andrew and his talented team. Post construction, they moved all of our furniture and appliances back in, putting felt pads on the bottom of every piece in order to prevent damage to our new floors and going above and beyond our expectations. This company is totally professional, really cares about its customers, are as nice as could be and deserve accolades for their top quality service. I hope we do not need their services in the future but if we do we will ALWAYS call ITS. We highly recommend ITS Environmental!
It was a pleasure dealing with Doug and his team at ITS. We reached out to Doug on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend when we learned that we needed a C-Diff disinfection of my parents' house. Doug was able to get a team to the house on Sunday. Eric and Joann who did the cleanup were extremely courteous and professional and made a stressful situation manageable.
ITS is an outstanding company! I couldn't ask for better service at a hectic time! Doug came out to give us a free estimate the next morning after I called in the evening and spoke to him (when I wasn't even expecting anyone to answer at that hour) and was right on time. He was able to get a two-person crew on site within the hour, as promised, after arriving to give the estimate for our small job! Doug and the crew, (Eric and Alex) were all professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough in their work. And FAST! Eric and Alex were done in half an hour! Granted it was a small job, but it would have taken me a lot longer, I can assure you. They left the place sparkling clean and left no waste behind. I would HIGHLY recommend ITS to anyone who needs cleaning or remediation of any kind! Their combination of great price, fast thorough work and excellent service with a smile can't be beat!

This is an amazing company. We started renovating our firehouse and found mold behind the wall paper. Andy and This is an amazing company. We started renovating our firehouse and found mold behind the wall paper. Andy and Doug came to look at our problem and give us a quote. These two men we very courteous and professional. They were awarded the job and were on site for a week. The entire time they were always here early to start and the workers were polite and respectful. They did an exceptional job removing the problem areas and removing all the infected material. When all the material was removed the cleaning they did was immaculate. The second round of testing came back ok and we were able to finish our remodeling. This is a great company and the workers are very courteous and professional.

II could not be happier with the service provided by ITS, Doug answered my call on 2 rings (no answering service no leaving a message) and he and his crew were at my house within a half hour to to start my clean up.
