As a former licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker and Claims Manager, his experience and knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processing has been invaluable to our clients. Doug continued his career in the Restoration Industry as a Project Manager with PCI Services, Inc.; one of the most respected emergency service & restoration firms in the New York Area.
Doug is one of only a small number of people that have been awarded the Council-certified Environmental Infection Control Remediator (CEICR) designation by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC).
